I arrived on Charles Bridge really early that morning. I think that is the thing when you are dedicated, you find yourself waking up at ungodly hours of the morning hoping to get the shot that will make everyone else jealous. I had one of those shots that I previously posted but now I was sitting here waiting for the sun to rise and see how things developed. The sunrise sadly wasn’t nothing of note and the light started to brighten the otherwise chilly dark morning. There were a few other photographers out there with the same idea as me as you can see by the below photograph, but still the bridge was uncharacteristically quiet. A nice respite from the usual hoards of tourists that pack the bridge with no particular place to go. Even if I wasn’t trying to get some photographs like everyone else, it was still worth it to be out on the bridge to see it in a way many rarely see it anymore.
