Really found Edinburgh to be an easy navigable city. It was small, compact, and quite beautiful. Spent much of my short time in the city wandering aimlessly, taking in the lovely weather (I was quite lucky), and just enjoying the people and places in front of me. There were quite a lot of bagpipers there in Edinburgh. I know it was strictly a tourist thing but I definitely stopped, listened, and photographed each one I had passed.
