I didnt have a great deal of time in Helsinki, Finland when I was visiting there during a trip through Scandinavia. We ended up taking the ferry over there for a day while we were staying in Stockholm just to let us get a taste of Finland on our travels. The trip was way too short, but I happy I got to go there and see such lovely places like Uspenski Cathedral. There was a wedding ceremony at the time while we were there so we didn’t get to see too much inside the cathedral however.

Helsinki is such an interesting city, with the most unexpected architecture, old and new! Very nice photo of the Uspenski Cathedral!

I was sadly not in Helsinki for too long, just took a quick trip over there while visiting Stockholm. I really want to go back and see more of Helsinki and Finland as well.
